The first session emphasizes special preparation needed for a large-audience presentation. Participants work with an actual topic they plan to present in the future and focus on techniques to
• Identify large audience needs
• Deliver information creatively and persuasively
• Use movement appropriately in a large space
• Manage multi-media visual aids
• Control question and answer periods
• Use time to best advantage
During the second session, participants present to an actual large audience. We videotape every presentation for speakers to view later. At the end of this session, we debrief all participants, provide feedback, and give them the audience's written comments.
